Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 March 2026

These Terms govern use of the LOOP website and the LOOP service. If your organization has a signed order form, master services agreement, or data processing terms with LOOP, those documents may control in the event of a conflict.

Acceptance

By accessing the website or using the LOOP service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using LOOP on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and access

  • Accounts may be provisioned by your organization and governed by role-based access control.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Access to certain modules may depend on your organization’s subscription and configuration.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with service operation, or using LOOP in violation of applicable laws.

Customer data

Customer data is information your organization inputs into LOOP, such as visitor logs, approvals, guard notes, and incident records. Your organization controls who can access this data through roles and permissions. We process customer data to provide and secure the service.

Fees and billing

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are typically defined in an order form or commercial agreement with your organization. Trial access, if provided, may be limited in time or functionality.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LOOP does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, LOOP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the website or the service. Access may be suspended or terminated according to your organization’s agreement, or if misuse is detected.
